Your Library Card

Library services are free to residents living within the boundaries of the Wapsie Valley School District and by contract agreement with the Buchanan County Board of Supervisors for residents of the county who live outside the incorporated cities and towns. Library cards are issued immediately if you have a photo identification. The library limits the number of library items checked out the first time to 2 per person. Books are loaned out for a period of two weeks and may be renewed once at the request of the borrower.
